Donavan and Amelia Fowler
I married Amelia on July 11, 1987 in Bakersfield, California. From the very beginning we knew that we both had a heart for helping hurting families. Our first daughter was born in 1989 then another in 1991. In 1992 we became foster parents, then in 1994 we adopted a child who became our third daughter. During that time I was the youth leader for Lebec Community Church. After moving to Arkansas in 1995 I became associate pastor of True Vine Baptist Church. Amelia open a successful day care, and had our son, in 1996. In 2003 we moved to Pensacola, Florida where I went to school to receive my Bachelors Degree in Theology. After graduating I became pastor of King James Bible Baptist Church in Palm Springs, California. In 2011 we finally returned to what we have both loved from the beginning, helping families that are hurting. We moved to Missouri, where we both worked for a home for troubled teenage boys.
That is where we seen the need to open a home for younger boys. After we gained some experience and training from Masters Ranch and Christian Academy we set out to start Peace Valley Boys Home on our farm in Ash Flat, Arkansas. We would love to help your family in installing self-confidence and christian values, so that your son may grow up with strength of character, and a brighter future. Thank you considering our home, if you would like more information please contact us.

Jessica Fowler
Hi. My name is Jessica Fowler. A Christian mentor to your son during his stay here at PVBH. I was born in Bakersfield California, on July 17th, 1991. In 1995, my family moved to Arkansas, where I spent my childhood. When I was 7, I accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as my personal Savior. I grew up in a Christian home with my family always together, my Dad, Mom, 2 sisters, and 1 brother. Where I was taught to do and live right for God. Then in 2003, my family moved to Pensacola Florida. I went to a Christian school, and was involved in the Youth group at the Church.
I started my 1st year in Pensacola Bible Instistute when I turned 16. In the Summer of 2008, we moved back to Arkansas, and in 2009 I graduated with my GED, from University of Arkansas Community College at Batesville. I attended College classes at UACCB in the Fall and the Spring of that following year. I knew God wanted me to finish P.B.I, so the Summer of 2010, I moved back to Pensacola Florida where i finished my Bible education in 2014. I will continue to help in the work my parents have started, to help younger boys prepare for life, and build good character for God and themselves.
